VMTM Cancellation/No Show  Policy

Effective Date: November 25, 2025

This policy applies to all scheduled appointments, meetings, fittings, and internal development sessions ("Appointments") between represented talent ("Talent") and Verge Model & Talent Management ("Verge," or "Agency").

The Agency values the time of its management team, developmental coaches, and clients. Punctuality and adherence to scheduled Appointments are critical to maintaining a professional career.

1. Cancellation/Reschedule Window

The Talent is required to notify the agency via email or phone a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed Appointment.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Fees

A. Late Cancellation Fee

If the Talent cancels or attempts to reschedule an Appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $100.00 CAD plus GST will be charged.

B. No-Show Fee

If the Talent fails to appear for a confirmed Appointment without any prior notification to the Agency (a "No-Show"), a fee of $100.00 CAD will be charged.

3. Payment of Fees

All cancellation and no-show fees are payable to Verge Model & Talent Management Inc. immediately upon invoicing. The Agency reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees from the Talent's future earnings or booking payments.

4. Policy Impact

Consistent cancellations or no-shows demonstrate a lack of professionalism and may jeopardize the Talent's relationship with Verge Model & Talent Management, potentially leading to a review or termination of the Talent Management Agreement.
